3D Selfie Miniature: A 3D selfie is a 3D-printed scale replica of a person. These three-dimensional selfies are also known as 3D portraits, 3D Selfies, 3D figurines or 3D-printed figurines. They are also called 3D Miniature, mini-me figurines, and miniature statues. The 3D Miniature is usually printed in full color using PLA filament and can’t break easily.

It gives the figurine a sandstone-like texture and looks. While the printing process is fairly standardized, the capture of a subject as a 3D model can be accomplished in many ways. Most systems use digital camera or cameras to take 2D pictures of the subject, under normal lighting, under projected light patterns, or a combination of these. A piece of software then reconstructs a 3D model of the subject from these pictures.

Miniatures will be produced in 3 stages, it involves both manual & machine process

: Method: Manual – Senior Artist will be designing the 3D model

In this stage, we convert 2D photo (given by the customer) into 3D photo by an artist and sends the preview via WhatsApp and on your approval we moves to nest stage

If there are any structural changes, we can make in this stage like changes in eyes, nose, ears, cheek, hair, shoulders, height, hands, arms, foot, etc

:  Method: Machine – It’s get printed in 3D Printing Machine

In this stage, we can’t do any structural changes

Here we use PLA (plastic) material, hence it’s not easily breakable

: 3 weeks for Painting/ Coloring, Method: Manual – Senior Artist will be coloring the 3D miniature

We use acrylic painting for the 3D miniatures. (Acrylic paint is a fast-drying paint made of pigment suspended in acrylic polymer emulsion)

Sends the preview via WhatsApp and on your approval we make miniature dry for 1 week and then we will ship it on your approval

In this stage, we can change only colors of the miniature

Note: We can match 70% to the original image, if there are any pets, bikes, etc., we can match 50% to the original one
